APM Advogados

“Ayres Pereira, Moutinho & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, SP RL” (APM) is a civil law firm, incorporated in January 2002, with headquarters in Porto, registered under number 16/02 at the Portuguese Bar Association.

It implements a long-standing project and formalizes the collaboration existing between its associates since at least 1981 (in the development and “new appearance” of a law firm dating back to 1957), guaranteeing an internal cohesion essential for an efficient provision of services, in the pursuit of a professional path that is intended to be marked by competence and rigor.

In order to respond to the complexity of the current requests, it permanently collaborates with an extended team of lawyers, also interacting in a multidisciplinary partnership with other professionals of the Jurisdiction and Legal Advisors, in different parts of the country.

It also maintains preferential contacts and counseling with companies in different fields, such as consultancy, real estate management and investment, IT and engineering.

The firm is therefore active and experienced in the main legal areas and branches of the Law, including specific legal issues, forensic practice and consultancy.
